We sell the same items in our store and online, so an item can sell out after you place an order. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will contact you and refund it. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that contain a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after you are charged, we will refund you.

Payments are processed through Shopify and our payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. It includes a 30-day window, the requirement that items be unworn with all original tags attached, a 20% restocking fee on returns for a refund, and customer-paid return shipping.
