Shipping
Available shipping options, charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on item availability, destination and the shipping method you select.
For questions about an order or a shipping destination, contact Promise Jeans with your order number. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange a refund for the unavailable item.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error, including an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions.
Please allow up to four weeks from the date you give the return package to the carrier for your refund to be completed. This includes return transit, processing and your payment provider’s processing time.
